Job summary
Koniag IT Systems, LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Pricing / Licensing Analyst with a Secret clearance to support ICAM initiatives, with a focus on ROM cost estimation and software licensing across multiple DoD program studies. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of cost estimation or licensing analysis experience in Defense/Federal IT programs.
- Demonstrated ROM/IGCE experience for government programs.
- Active Secret clearance (final adjudication required).
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed ROM cost estimates across three System Enhancement Studies.
- Document licensing constraints and edge deployment restrictions.
- Conduct structured software licensing analyses for identified components.
- Validate licensing assumptions with enterprise contacts and vendors.
- Coordinate with study leads to align cost deliverables with schedules.
