The role requires a Top Secret clearance; duties cover developing LCC/IGCE, POM submissions, and risk-informed cost modeling in a DoD context.

The candidate will prepare comprehensive reports, CERs, and CARDs, leveraging CADE databases, and work with government teams across acquisition phases with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and refining Government cost estimation models.
• Experience developing Life-Cycle Cost Estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
• Experience preparing Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions (CARD).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and refinement of Government cost estimation models.
• Develop and update credible, defensible cost estimates for DoD programs.
• Assess risk and uncertainty in cost estimates and document rationale.
• Prepare CER presentations and participate in formal estimate reviews.
• Prepare CARD in government-approved format.
• Ensure WBS alignment with MIL-STD-881 and DoD guidance.
