Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Systems Analyst to support ICAM-focused studies for the Department of the Air Force. This remote role requires experience with government IT programs, traceability, and technical documentation to produce Government-ready study deliverables.

The ideal candidate will bridge complex architectures with clear, structured narratives, supporting three concurrent studies and ensuring adherence to PWS requirements and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in systems or technical documentation support for government IT programs.
• Active Secret security clearance required prior to assignment.
• Experience producing technical documentation, process flows, and traceability matrices for government deliverables.
• Familiarity with ICAM, DoD or Federal programs and enterprise IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the PWS Traceability Matrix across three studies and map requirements.
• Review Government-Furnished Information and reference documents related to ICAM projects.
• Analyze and document ICAM components and gaps against DoD requirements.
• Map HR data sources to Okta attributes for JML workflows.
• Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and architecture descriptions for study reports.
• Coordinate with Study Leads to capture actions and decisions.
• Prepare draft sections of Performance Work Statements and briefing materials.
