Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, offers a remote-friendly role for a Pricing and Contracts Manager. You will lead pricing review, bid operations, and contract governance to enable profitable growth while reducing commercial risk.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations and reports to the Director of Commercial Excellence. With 7+ years in finance/analysis and CPQ/ERP experience, you will oversee pricing policy, deal structures, and governance while coaching three

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
7+ years of finance, business, and analysis experience including ERP/CPQ/CRM.
Minimum three years supervisory experience.
Experience with pricing tools and models.
Advanced Excel skills for complex financial models.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing review and oversee quotes, bids and contracts approvals.
Perform profitability, sensitivity and risk analyses to support pricing decisions.
Review deal structures and terms to ensure policy and authority compliance.
Support pricing policy development, governance and training across the team.
Act as business lead for CPQ processes with Sales Operations, IT and stakeholders.
Lead and develop 3 direct reports responsible for quoting, contracts, and bid support.
