Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Pricing & Reporting professional to support the Wealth Solutions Mid and Large Market sales team (more than $50 million in AUM). Provide unique pricing and analysis for both new business and existing business, and generate regular management reports.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights to optimize profitability. The position is 100% remote, full-time, with a base salary range and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry pricing, preferably Retirement services.
• BA degree in Business Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and reviews pricing activity for accuracy and timeliness.
• Generates regular reports to Management for team pricing activity, audit review and product-related services.
• Leads or participates in special projects providing strategic product pricing management support.
• Assesses appropriateness of product/investment menu configuration and recommends more suitable options.
