Job summary

Voya Investment Management is seeking a highly motivated self-starter Analyst within the Investment Data & Analytics Team. The individual will report to the VP, Investment Analytics. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset and a high attention to detail.

This role will be responsible for overseeing daily analytics reports to ensure accuracy. This role also plays a crucial role as part of a team supporting data and analytics as part of the investment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Masters in a similar degree, preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar or related role supporting fixed income analytics.
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to devise comprehensive solutions.
• Advanced Excel & SQL; Snowflake & Python a plus.
• Demonstrated use of AI is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily analytics reports to ensure accuracy.
• Support data and analytics as part of the investment process.
• Engage with Risk, Investment Teams, Compliance on key initiatives.
• Partake in risk model evaluation and data quality improvements.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc fixed income analytics reports.
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate platform enhancements.
