Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience interacting with customers is desirable.
• Knowledge of radio systems, RF, wireless, microwave, or networking is desirable.
• Knowledge of communications networks (MPLS, Ethernet, TCP/IP) is desirable.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Amateur Radio/HAM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies with sales, product development, and project management; generate customer proposals.
• Coordinate with design and planning of customer solutions; provide pre-sales technical support.
• Address coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, and system architecture design; select equipment and prepare proposals.
• Participate in implementation of the designed solutions as conceived.
• Own all technical aspects from award to system acceptance; plan implementation, testing, and staging.
• Keep sales teams and customers up to date on Motorola's latest technology offerings.
