Job summary

Sumo Logic is searching for a knowledgeable Sales Engineer to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will act as the primary technical resource for our Account Executives, using your expertise to drive customer success through technical evaluations and presentations.

Ideal candidates have fluency in both German and English, a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, and significant experience in similar roles. You'll collaborate with customers to craft the best solutions and work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

This position is remote, and we're looking for self-motivated individuals eager to learn and engage with our clients effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related technical field.
• Hands-on knowledge of security-related products like IDS/IPS, SIEM.
• Experience with open source collections such as Telegraf or FluentD.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to address customer challenges.
• Deliver product and technical demonstrations of Sumo Logic.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering.
