Job summary

SHI International Corp is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer- Network to work with architects and account teams, guiding customers on network platforms and technology-enabled business benefits. This remote role includes home office setup as determined by SHI management.

The role requires evaluating data center environments, designing tailored solutions, and building strong vendor relationships, with emphasis on networking, SD-WAN, cloud edge, and security across multiple stakeholder levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of Cisco networking product experience (switches/routers/Wi‑Fi/Nexus/Meraki).
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments and infrastructures.
• Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and partners; stay updated on products.
