Job summary

Red River is seeking a Design Engineer - Microsoft Solutions to support the sales organization by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in the Microsoft ecosystem. You will translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for technical and executive audiences, shaping cloud adoption, security modernization, and AI strategies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for Microsoft-focused sales opportunities.
Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and statements of work (SOWs).
Deliver executive briefings, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept engagements.
Collaborate with Microsoft teams, partners, and internal leaders to position solutions.
Support responses to RFPs/RFQs and other procurement activities.
Assist customers in cloud adoption, security modernization, and AI strategies.
