Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience at an insurance agency preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering inquiries with proper etiquette.
• Apply payments to the correct accounts.
• Research and resolve inquiries; communicate results by phone or written correspondence.
• Make computer inquiries and entries.
