Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking an entry level Premium Collections Specialist to join our team. The role involves customer service by answering inquiries, applying payments to accounts, and communicating results by phone or written correspondence.

After initial in-person training, you may have the flexibility of work-from-home time as defined by leadership. We offer training, benefits, and a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience at an insurance agency preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
