Pie Insurance is hiring a Manager, Premium Audit to oversee audit operations, drive efficiency, and align workflows with company objectives. The role partners with Analytics and cross-functional teams to improve profitability and customer experience.

The position offers remote work within the United States, with base compensation ranging from $95,000 to $120,000 USD per year, plus benefits. Bachelor's degree preferred, 5+ years of audit experience, and 3+ years of management are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers' Compensation Premium Audit experience required.
• 6+ years of overall commercial insurance experience required.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience managing internal teams and external vendor relationships preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage premium audit operations through team leads and contributors.
• Translate strategy into audit plans and guide day-to-day execution.
• Oversee internal audits and vendor relationships with SLAs.
• Monitor completion rates, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state and bureau audit requirements.
