Delos Insurance Solutions is seeking a Premium Accounting Manager to own premium accounting and insurance finance operations across Delos programs. This hands-on leader will manage bordereaux reporting, carrier billing and remittance, cash reconciliation, and end-to-end carrier reconciliations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of monthly deadlines, and the ability to investigate discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in premium accounting, insurance finance/reporting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience with bordereaux, carrier statements, billing/remittance, and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of premium, commissions, fees, taxes, endorsements, cancellations, refunds, and settlements.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; reconciling large data sets.
• Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems and records.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and deadline management.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly bordereaux and carrier reporting, including premium, commissions, and fees.
• Maintain reporting calendars, templates, deadlines, and submission requirements.
• Validate data against billing, payment, and financial records.
• Ensure reporting ties to billing and remittance; manage corrections and resubmissions.
• Reconcile billed and collected premium across payment platforms and banks.
• Investigate discrepancies related to endorsements, cancellations, refunds, and timing.
