Job summary
Delos Insurance Solutions is a tech-enabled MGA focused on underwriting complex property risks, particularly in catastrophe-exposed regions. The Commercial Insurance Product Manager is a remote role with our home office based in San Francisco, California, overseeing market strategy, product development, underwriting, analytics, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience.
- 3+ years in Product Management, Underwriting, Product Development, or related roles focused on Commercial Property.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for assigned commercial insurance products.
- Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Recommend new products, coverages, endorsements, and pricing strategies.
- Define product vision, business cases, and financial objectives.
- Draft coverage forms, endorsements, underwriting guidelines, and product specifications.
