Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a PremierOne Remote System Administrator to travel to customer sites or connect remotely to manage system administration tasks on Windows servers and public safety applications.

The role requires 3+ years IT/public safety experience, strong problem-solving and customer relations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. CJIS compliance is part of the role, with 25-50% travel and a base salary range of $105,000–$115,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• 3+ years IT/public safety experience.
• Experience with CAD/RMS and mobile CAD/RMS.
• Experience with enterprise hardware and software; HP preferred.
• Strong customer-facing relationships with end users and customers.
• MCSA/MCSE or equivalent Windows Server/Desktops knowledge.
• CJIS security policy background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites or connect remotely for system administration.
• Perform server maintenance, patching, diagnostics, and reporting.
• Collaborate with customers to implement MTN vulnerability resolution and procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and third-party components.
• Assist with database backups and related tasks.
