You will lead estimating, bid packaging, and constructability from pursuit through award, ensuring pricing, scope, and feasibility align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial preconstruction, estimating, or bid packaging.
• Hands-on estimating and basis-of-estimate documentation.
• Vendor coverage with RFIs and apples-to-apples scopes.
• Ability to write exclusions, assumptions, procurement plan.
• Experience creating critical-path bid schedules.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates, bid templates, and take-offs using estimating tech.
• Lead vendor strategy with PM: share docs, schedule walks, RFIs, bids.
• Assemble full proposal: scope, procurement, exclusions, safety, schedule, GMP, resources.
• Support Target Value Design and translate docs into bid packages.
• Enable Go/No-Go with compliance backup and client-ready deliverables.
• Handoff baseline to Construction Manager: scopes, vendor coverage, long-lead items.
• Be available after handoff to resolve re-bid or missed-scope questions.
