Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead technical discovery, design production‑grade architectures, and build PoCs for enterprise cloud and AI deployments. You will work with sales to win technical validation and accelerate deal cycles, shaping data pipelines, IDP workflows, and HITL processes at scale.

You will collaborate with customer engineers to ensure security, HA, DR, and multi‑tenant isolation while mapping customer needs to R&D feedback for next‑gen features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, Data Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise cloud platforms.
• Proven track record guiding discovery, PoCs, and securing technical wins in competitive cycles.
• Hands-on coding in Python, Bash, SQL, and REST/GraphQL for prototyping and automation.
• Strong background in GCP or Azure, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native serverless architectures.
• Deep understanding of document classification, OCR/ICR, schema design, model evaluation, and fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls, architecture reviews, and technical workshops with customer teams.
• Design, build, and present PoCs to validate extraction accuracy and non-functional requirements.
• Architect end-to-end solutions with focus on HA, DR, security, and multi-tenant isolation.
• Develop automated data pipelines and IDP workflows; tune models with HITL validation.
• Create reusable topology blueprints and handoffs to post-sales teams.
