Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a remote Pre-Sales Solution Architect to shape enterprise cloud and AI solutions for Iron Mountain InSight DXP. You will lead technical discovery, design production-grade architectures, build PoCs, and validate non-functional requirements while partnering with sales teams to win technical approvals.

You’ll oversee end-to-end solution design, data pipelines, and HITL validation, ensuring security, HA, DR, and multi-tenant isolation across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or related roles for enterprise cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, PoCs, and secure technical selection in competitive cycles.
• Hands-on coding with Python, Bash, SQL and REST/GraphQL for prototyping.
• Experience with GCP or Azure; knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Understanding of IDP, data pipelines, and HITL validation in evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation with sales, workshops, and architecture reviews.
• Design, build, and present PoCs to validate extraction accuracy and non-functional requirements.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and architecture pitches to reduce deployment friction.
• Architect end-to-end solutions with HA, DR, and multi-tenant isolation.
• Prototype data pipelines, API connections, and IDP workflows at scale.
• Tune ML extraction models and HITL workflows during evaluations.
