Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney for our Nashville office. You will manage pre-litigation PI claims, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with clients and medical providers to advance cases.

Applicants should have a JD, Alabama bar in good standing, 1–3+ years in PI law (pre-litigation focus preferred), and proficiency with case management software. This in-person role requires exceptional negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Alabama and in good standing with the Alabama Bar.
• 1–3+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred (pre-litigation focus preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Compassionate and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Needles, Litify, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury claims during the pre-litigation phase.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
• Review police reports, medical records, and other documentation to evaluate case value.
• Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation.
• Coordinate with medical providers regarding client treatment and billing.
• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in the case management system.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently.
• Prepare cases for litigation if settlement is not achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
