Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of plaintiff-side wage-and-hour and PAGA litigation experience.
• Hands-on experience with class certification motions or arbitration motions.
• Strong writing, research, and issue-spotting skills.

Responsibilities

• Vet cases after intake and interview prospective clients.
• Analyze payroll, timekeeping, personnel files, and company policies to identify violations.
• Draft complaints and PAGA notices.
• Research wage-and-hour and PAGA issues and prepare for transition to litigation teams.
• Communicate with clients throughout pre-litigation and filing process.
• Collaborate with intake, vetting, and litigation teams to improve case workups.
