Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in electrical/low voltage projects.
• Experience with subcontractor procurement and bid pricing.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation cost models for projects and lead subcontractor selection.
• Coordinate with Major Projects Team, branch offices and Operations/Installation.
• Manage procurement activities and cost analysis for subcontract labor and materials.
• Lead pricing, bid leveling, and supplier negotiations to optimize working capital.
