Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or business-related major.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in preparing detailed budgets for complex multi-year funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Interpret sponsor funding announcements and explain requirements for institutional approval by deadlines.
• Prepare complex, multi-year budgets and review prior to submission.
• Internally route all Department of Pediatrics grants and contracts for approvals per institutional and sponsor deadlines.
• Prepare and obtain necessary approvals for Pre‑Award Requests.
