Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Post-Award Grant Specialist for the Pediatrics Department. You will oversee budgets, coordination with Principal Investigators, invoicing, and financial reporting, driving accurate and timely grant administration across sections and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related major.
• Three or more years of experience preparing detailed budgets, expense reports, and financial projections.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Post-award grants and contracts management for sponsored projects.
• Review and rebudget grants according to sponsor notices and restrictions.
• Prepare budgets revisions and coordinate invoicing with subcontracts.
• Monitor funding distribution and payroll timing for investigators.
• Prepare Federal Financial Reports and final expenditure reports.
