Qualifications
- Proven track record in agency or executive search focused on Supply Chain & Operations.
- Direct hire/search billings of $500K+ annually.
- Experience winning engagements and managing full-cycle searches.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships within Supply Chain & Operations.
- Own the full search cycle from BD to placement.
- Lead retained and contingent searches for senior roles.
- Advise clients on talent availability and compensation.
- Build relationships with senior leaders and top candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams to strengthen outreach.
- Drive practice revenue while maintaining candidate quality.
