Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Practice Architect, Delivery Architecture, to lead field execution of Cortex XSIAM projects. You will bridge architectural design with real-world deployments, validating COE delivery methods in live environments and driving scalable, repeatable outcomes across customer SOCs.

You will shape delivery architectures, mentor consultants, and publish playbooks while collaborating with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product/Engineering, and regional leadership

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Cortex XSIAM projects in complex environments.
• Hands-on SOC experience with SIEM/SOAR, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
• Expertise across the Cortex portfolio (XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, XPANSE); Prisma Cloud/Network Security knowledge a plus.
• Significant background in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on deployment participation in customer environments to validate COE delivery frameworks.
• Serve as senior technical authority for complex Cortex XSIAM deployments and escalations.
• Define and standardize delivery architecture patterns across products, regions, and models.
• Lead pilots for new delivery models, tooling, and automation prior to global rollout.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product/Engineering, and leadership to align COE standards.
