Job summary

Vituity seeks a Teleneurology Practice Administrator to provide essential operational support across the site leadership, hospital partners, providers, and staff. You will streamline financials, contracts, and payroll processes, while coordinating with Revenue Cycle Management.

The role emphasizes site management, policy adherence, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive patient care efficiency in a remote nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HR principles preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational administrator for the site leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community.
• Serve as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital leadership and Vituity support teams.
• Provide executive support to the site medical director and management team to meet contract expectations.
• Manage site financials including stipends, reimbursements, and payroll timecards.
• Be the super user for Vituity software applications and coordinate hospital systems.
