Slate is seeking an experienced Public Relations and Communications Program Manager to run the day-to-day and long-term operations of the communications department in the United States. You will partner with Marketing, Fleet, and Distribution to align initiatives with business priorities and ensure vehicles are ready for events and media activations.

The role emphasizes meticulous program management, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk handling in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, communications, or PR.
• Track record of running programs independently.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and long-term operations of the communications department.
• Partner with Marketing, Fleet, and Distribution teams to align programs.
• Coordinate vehicle and asset readiness for events and media activations.
• Identify opportunities for brand visibility and partnerships.
• Maintain documentation, timelines, and status updates across all programs.
• Anticipate risks and resolve conflicts before deadlines.
