Job summary

Brilliant Agency, a fully remote PR and business development firm serving family-focused brands, seeks a Public Relations & Business Development Intern for Winter/Spring 2027 (Jan 11 - May/June), 15 hours weekly.

You will support new business development, PR, influencer outreach, and collaboration across teams, with deadlines, strong writing, and a proactive mindset in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational marketing concepts and good writing, plus reliable communication.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social platforms and basic analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales tasks under New Business Development.
• Create sales presentations for brand partners weekly.
• Identify prospective client targets and compile pitch lists.
• Draft campaign copy and research material to improve outreach.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams to align calendars.
• Collect metrics and report on new client business and marketing efforts.
• Summarize industry trends to support benchmarking and intel.
