Job summary

Brilliant Agency, a fully remote PR agency serving family-focused brands, seeks a Remote Public Relations & Business Development Intern for Winter/Spring 2027 (Jan 11 - May/June). This 15-hour-per-week internship offers hands-on experience with the agency’s PR, influencer, and new business teams.

You will contribute to brand partnerships, research, and outreach while meeting deadlines and communicating proactively with multiple teams.

Qualifications

You must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior.
Previous office internship experience in marketing or public relations space.
GPA of 3.0 or above.
Commit to at least 15 hours per week during standard office hours in your time zone.
Brilliant will reimburse you $250 each month for personal device and internet use.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day sales responsibilities under the New Business Development team.
Assist development of sales presentations for brand partners and internal teams weekly.
Identify prospective client targets and help build pitch lists.
Draft campaign copy and research material to improve writing skills.
Maintain relationships with internal teams to align calendars.
Collect and report metrics for monitoring new client business and marketing efforts.
Provide summaries of industry trends and key findings.
