Job summary

Brilliant Agency, a fully remote PR agency serving family-oriented brands across the US, seeks a REMOTE Influencer Marketing Intern for Winter/Spring 2027 (Jan 11 – May/June). You will be integrated into a collaborative team, handling research, influencer relations, and content creation while meeting deadlines and communicating proactively.

Ideal candidates are rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors with 3.0+ GPA, strong writing, and social media savvy.

Qualifications

• Be a rising sophomore, junior or senior.
• Previous office internship experience in marketing.
• 3.0 GPA or above.
• Commit at least 15 hours a week during our normal office hours (8-5 in your time zone).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Social media savvy.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to ask questions.
• Resourceful attitude and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use platforms like CreatorIQ, Google Drive, AirTable, Cision, Google, TikTok, Instagram to assist the team in research, media and influencer relations, social media, content creation.
• Learn how to identify influencer targets and help build lists.
• Monitor influencer and social coverage on behalf of clients.
• Learn to use influencer marketing sourcing tools to find influencers for client activations.
• Build relationships with influencers and agents to support client work.
• Learn how to write engaging captions across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Improve writing by drafting press materials and research material.
• Maintain and update critical databases/resources.
• Data entry and research to assist with projects (awards, events, etc.).
