Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing who will own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made. This role is remote with US, Canada or other markets open.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, agency experience, and clear English for US calls. Roofing experience a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing clients.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Deliver 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
