Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing for remote service with US clients. You will own paid media strategy, drive ROAS, and lead client conversations on performance and roadmap.

As the strategic voice for roofing accounts across multiple markets, you will manage budgets, testing, attribution, and the 90-day plan, while nurturing long-term relationships and growth opportunities for the agency’s roofing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
