Job summary

Mannix Marketing, a fully remote digital marketing agency headquartered in Upstate New York, is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to build and manage client PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will own day-to-day optimization, write compelling ad copy, and implement conversion tracking with analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to communicate campaign performance clearly to non-technical clients.
• Strong copywriting skills to write ad creative that converts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
• Able to analyze data and provide clear recommendations.
• Experience with multiple industries is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Optimize for conversions, CTR, ROAS, and cost efficiency through ongoing testing and data analysis
• Write and test ad copy and creative
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and platform pixels
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations, and present them in client meetings alongside account managers
• Partner with account managers to keep campaigns aligned with each client’s business goals
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging PPC trends
