Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in digital marketing, strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and experience with lead generation for SaaS/IT sectors. This is a remote-friendly full-time position with monthly salary in the ₹30,000–₹50,000 range.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in lead generation, preferably for B2B, SaaS, IT, or software.
• Good understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Develop strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads for our software products and services.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Monitor CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI; optimize campaigns.
