YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Contract PowerPoint Specialist to design and refine complex presentations for Fortune 500-like scenarios. You will work with an advanced language model to edit .pptx files and develop realistic business prompts and tasks.

You will assess two LLM-generated drafts per task, provide precise feedback, and craft prompts that require strong business judgment across finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail contexts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years on complex Fortune 500 projects
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
• Experience creating professional business documents
• Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail sectors
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to give actionable feedback
• Prior AI/LLM tool experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks for PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Collaborate with an advanced language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and create .pptx files
• Assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables per task turn based on quality
• Create prompts and tasks requiring substantial business acumen and multi-hour effort without AI
• Engage in four-turn conversations with the LLM and provide feedback after each round
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of business documents
• Provide expertise in cross-functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across industries
