The role requires 3+ years of complex-project experience, mastery of PowerPoint with strong Excel and Word skills, and the ability to deliver clear feedback and structured outputs across cross-functional use cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with significant exposure to Excel and Word and a track record in professional business document creation and review.
• Experience crafting realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Comfortable communicating in writing and verbally, and adept at actionable feedback.
• Prior engagement with LLMs or AI-powered tools is highly desirable in iterative conversations.

Responsibilities

• Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks relevant to PowerPoint, Excel, and Word use, simulating Fortune 500 environments.
• Collaborate with an advanced language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, especially .pptx formats.
• Assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables per task turn and select the best based on quality dimensions.
• Create prompts and tasks that require substantial business acumen and multi-hour effort without AI assistance.
• Engage in structured, four-turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real-world business documents.
• Provide expertise in cross-functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across industries.
