Revamp Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to deliver electrical studies for utility-scale PV and BESS projects.

You will model systems, run load flow, short circuit, arc flash, and protection coordination, then translate results into actionable design recommendations for project teams. The role supports remote work from the US or Canada and offers Engineer II or III level depending on experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Engineer II: 2+ years power systems analysis; Engineer III: 5+ years with leadership.
• Experience with power system studies: load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protective device coordination.
• Hands-on use of ETAP, SKM, CDEGS, CYMCAP, PSS/E, or PSLF.
• Understanding MV distribution, grounding, and cable systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Perform power system studies for utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
• Build and maintain system models in ETAP, CDEGS, CYMCAP, or similar tools.
• Design medium-voltage collection systems and perform voltage drop calculations.
• Develop equipment specifications for inverters, BESS, transformers, switchgear, and cables.
• Prepare study reports with assumptions, results, and design changes.
• Automate modeling and reporting tasks with Python or similar tools.
• Coordinate inputs with project managers and the High Voltage team.
• Present study findings to clients and vendors.
