IEM in the United States is seeking a Power Solution Architect – Strategic Accounts to lead design and optimization of power delivery systems across industrial and data-center applications. You will bridge engineering and commercial teams, driving innovation and enabling digital transformation.

As a strategic technical leader, you will influence architectures, mentor teams, and collaborate with sales to deliver scalable, standards‑compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in power system architecture.
• Experience working with electrical power‑distribution OEM.
• Expertise in UL, IEEE standards and industry practices.
• Data‑center and colocation power‑distribution experience, including high‑availability distribution architectures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Power equipment sales or commercial collaboration.
• Innovation leadership and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Sales nationwide to provide technical expertise during business development and proposal efforts.
• System Architecture & Design: Develop scalable, standards‑compliant power system architectures.
• Product & Technology Collaboration: Evaluate and select components based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Cross‑Functional Engagement: Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams.
• Thought Leadership & Enablement: Represent IEM at industry events and mentor teams.
• Strategic Impact: Influence technical and commercial strategies to differentiate IEM solutions.
