IEM is seeking a Power Solution Architect – California & West Regions USA to lead technically sound, manufacturable power distribution solutions for complex customer opportunities across the region.

The role coordinates Sales, Applications, Estimating, and Engineering teams to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and mitigate risks from early engagement through handoff and ongoing delivery. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical power distribution OEM equipment.
• 5+ years in power distribution applications engineering or related role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proactive teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical design of power distribution solutions across CA & West USA.
• Coordinate Sales, Applications, Estimating and Engineering teams.
• Clarify requirements, assess solutions, and mitigate risks early.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and tailorable technical documentation.
• Handoff to Engineering and support post-award execution.
