Job summary

Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a remote Power Platform Developer to design, build, and sustain secure Microsoft Power Platform solutions for federal and DoD customers. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365/Azure services to turn complex operational processes into reliable, auditable applications and workflows.

Qualifications

3+ years delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI strongly preferred).
Experience with both Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
Ability to design complex Power Automate workflows and security models.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps across Canvas and Model-Driven interfaces.
Build Power Automate flows for multi-step business processes and integrations.
Model data in Dataverse with security roles and solution packaging.
Develop Power BI datasets and dashboards for decision-ready insights.
Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services.
Support ALM: environments, version control, deployment pipelines, and documentation.
Perform data shaping and ETL tasks as needed for apps and reports.
Troubleshoot issues across apps, flows, and data; provide escalation support.
Collaborate with analysts and end users during East Coast core hours.
