Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver secure automation and AI solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint.

You will manage projects from requirements to deployment, implement governance and security, and collaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing, remote-capable role. This position emphasizes ALM and agile delivery, with integration to Azure DevOps and GitHub for scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Power Platform certification required (PL-400).
• Knowledge of ALM, governance, and security to ensure compliant processes.
• Certifications PL-200, PL-600, AI-900 are a plus.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and telemetry integration for AI solutions.
• Strong client engagement and remote project management abilities.
• Proficient with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms.
• 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience and related tools.
• Expertise in Power Pages, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Ability to integrate Power Platform with SharePoint for enterprise content management.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual workshops to gather requirements and document processes.
• Design secure architectures by integrating Power Platform components, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint.
• Build demos and proofs-of-concept with stakeholders.
• Develop canvas and model-driven apps using Dataverse.
• Create Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) to automate processes.
• Publish Power BI reports and dashboards integrated with Power Platform apps.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint for document management.
• Apply ALM with solutions, pipelines, and source control (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Apply DLP policies, environment strategies, and RBAC for security.
• Collaborate with EA/Sec to ensure governance and compliance for Copilot Studio operations.
• Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
• Create Copilot Studio AI agents with topics, connectors, and orchestration.
