Job summary

K&L Gates seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver secure automation and AI solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint. This client-facing role manages projects from requirements through deployment and support, ensuring governance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will lead workshops, develop scalable architectures, and implement ALM practices while collaborating with Enterprise Applications and security

Qualifications

• Possess Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual workshops to gather requirements and document processes.
• Design secure architectures by integrating Power Platform components, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint to provide actionable insights.
• Build demos and proofs-of-concepts to validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop canvas and model-driven applications using Dataverse.
• Create Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) to enable automation and improve efficiency.
• Design and publish Power BI reports/dashboards integrated with Power Platform apps.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint for document organization and collaboration.
• Apply ALM best practices using solutions, pipelines, and source control (Azure DevOps / GitHub).
• Apply DLP policies, environment strategies, and role-based access controls for security.
• Partner with EA/Sec to ensure governance/compliance for Copilot Studio operations.
• Owen project plans, timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
• Create Copilot Studio AI agents with custom topics, connectors, orchestration, and responsible AI practices.
