Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Microsoft-certified Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver secure automation and AI solutions. The role involves managing projects from requirements through deployment with governance and compliance, across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint.

The candidate will lead client-facing engagements, implement ALM, and ensure responsible AI practices while leveraging Azure DevOps, GitHub, and APIs in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• ALM, governance, and security best practices.
• Certifications PL-200, PL-600, and AI-900.
• Responsible AI and telemetry integration for Copilot solutions.
• Client engagement and project oversight in a remote environment.
• Power Platform suite and SharePoint integration with APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual workshops to gather requirements and document processes.
• Design secure architectures by integrating Power Platform components and SharePoint for insights.
• Build demos and proofs-of-concept for stakeholder validation.
• Develop canvas and model-driven apps using Dataverse.
• Create Power Automate flows (cloud/desktop) to automate processes.
• Design and publish Power BI reports/dashboards integrated with apps.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Apply ALM practices with pipelines and source control (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
• Implement DLP policies and role-based access controls for secure operations.
• Partner with EA/Sec to ensure governance and compliance for Copilot Studio.
• Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Agile methods.
• Create Copilot Studio AI agents with custom topics and connectors.
