Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Power Platform Architect - AI to define and drive the enterprise power platform strategy, governance framework, and center of excellence capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, align technology with business goals, and mentor a broad set of architects, developers, and citizen developers.

The role emphasizes delivering scalable, secure, and measurable business value across multiple platforms, with remote U.S. work and travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12)+ years of experience in software engineering, application delivery, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Seven (7)+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Five (5)+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform programs, governance initiatives, platform architecture, or Center of Excellence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead solutions from intake and design through build, testing, deployment, adoption, and support transition.
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, security standards, environment strategy, and platform guardrails.
• Mentor architects, developers, analysts, makers, and citizen developers; promote reusable solutions and disciplined engineering.
• Travel to client sites as required and support the organization’s quality program(s).
