Sedgwick is seeking a Gen AI Principal Architect to lead enterprise AI architecture strategy and governance across AWS and Azure environments. This role drives multi-year roadmaps for GenAI, agentic AI, and RAG, guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders toward scalable, secure AI platforms.

You will shape the enterprise intelligence layer, establish standards, and ensure responsible AI practices while balancing risk, cost, and business outcomes in a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• Ten (10+) years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Proven leadership in delivering GenAI, RAG and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance alignment for AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead executive architecture forums and governance for AI.
• Oversee design and lifecycle of agentic AI platforms and tools.
• Establish patterns for multi-agent orchestration and tool-use.
• Ensure AI capabilities integrate securely with legacy and cloud environments.
