Sedgwick is seeking a Gen AI Principal Architect to lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy and governance. You will drive the platform direction for large-scale AI adoption across business lines, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant AI capabilities.

You will chair governance forums, define reference architectures, and establish patterns for multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, and lifecycle management with AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• Ten (10+) years of progressive enterprise architecture/solution delivery experience.
• Demonstrated executive leadership with AI governance and cross-LOB adoption.
• Deep hands-on expertise with GenAI, RAG and agentic AI platforms.

• Define the enterprise AI architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead governance forums and design authorities for AI initiatives.
