Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Power Plant Commissioning Engineer to provide remote technical support for commissioning teams across North America with no travel requirements. The role focuses on real-time troubleshooting and monitoring plant performance from the Commissioning Support Center.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with combined cycle plants, gas and steam turbines, HRSG and BOP, and will work on high-profile projects with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on combined cycle commissioning experience.
• General commissioning knowledge across Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, HRSG and Balance of Plant.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault‑finding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to commissioning teams during all phases of plant commissioning.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues in real time.
• Monitor plant performance and support engineers from the Commissioning Support Center.
