Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in hardware design, PCB layout, or power electronics.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and engineering documentation.
• Experience with DRC, DFM, and DFA reviews.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of next-generation inverter and power electronics hardware for EVs.
• Perform PCB layout, component placement, routing, and verification.
• Collaborate with hardware teams and suppliers; perform SI/PI/WCA analyses.
• Create documentation and validation testing.
