Job summary

Teamsigma is looking for a Supervisor - Power Distribution Design. This remote position requires leadership of design teams for electric utility projects, with a two-week in-person orientation in Perrysburg, OH.

The successful candidate will manage team performance, mentor members, and oversee project activities while ensuring functional performance and improving processes. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are essential, along with 3+ years of experience in the electric utility industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the electric utility industry required.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate customer-based proprietary software.
